The medical team at Inspira contacted my husband for his procedure day before on TeleMed, with medical advice for the next day's procedure in a professional manner. They were pleasant, helpful and kind to make sure he was prepared. Dr. Tonetti also contacted my husband with information and asked if he had any concerns before his procedure. All of these steps to make his Inspira appointment, were very much appreciated, and made the process much better to understand and to get through. Once at Inspira, every person on the medical staff was kind, caring, and considerate. The procedure went well, as did the day, because of all these factors. We are grateful to all at Inspira.

Yeah, I feel really good about Dr. Tanetti. He's a really good listener and then explains things well. And you feel very well taken care of after speaking with him. I mean, it's not an easy thing to go and talk to a neurosurgeon, but I must say he's very good, at least his bedside manner, and I'm going to assume that he's good at the procedure that they're talking about. I love the nuero dept at cooper. My son has has Dr. Turtz for shunt surgeries and I knew Dr. Tonetti from him making rounds with my son when admitted to cooper for shunt surgeries. I have referred people to go to cooper nuero. I like Dr. Tonetti, for me he was very knowledgeable and a Dr I will trust and knows about my situation. He made me feel so much more relaxed he can fix the problem I have which is ADVF.

Efficient professional experience

I traveled from my home in Carlisle PA. The office changed my appointment time from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm so I wouldn't need to leave so early. Greatly appreciated. ALSO Dr. Tonnetti explained everything clearly so I fully understand my unique case.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. I was seen immediately. I didn't wait at all. I was escorted back. Things were explained to me. The doctor, this is my first and only visit so far. The doctor and his assistant came in, reviewed my chart, asked me why I was there. It's like I read everything, but tell me what you think is going on. He listened to me. I was so comfortable and I felt 100% relieved and in completely good hands when I was finished. It was amazing.

The best doctor

This was my first appointment with Dr. Tonetti at the Cherry Hill facility. It was difficult to answer a lot of the questions based on my first visit. A huge thanks to everyone who gathered my information from Christiana and Inspira Elmer Hospitals.

First time I've had a provider explain things so clearly and I didn't feel as if I was being rushed in and out.

We love Dr Tonette. His competence and caring are beyond reproach. His staff is 100% as well.

We were impressed with Dr Tonetti and his compassion and concern with my son's situation, his interest in making sure we understood his explanations, and his care with which he presented the problems and prognosis. Both his assistant and nurse were equally respectful and made us feel well taken care of.

Everything was exceptionally well. I answered some of the questions wrong, so please forgive me. But all was a 10 or a 5 or a 4, whatever. Everything was good. Thank you.

The entire staff was very kind and caring and appreciated it. But in particular, Dr. Tonetti stood out as a doctor that I really liked. I put him right on the top. He is a great listener. He hears everything you have to say. And then he's a great explainer. And he's very clear in in the responses he gives. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Tenetti, and would go to him without doubt if I had a need within this area of expertise, and certainly I would give his name out if I knew somebody who needed a doctor with his specialty.

I've always been pleased with the Cooper University Healthcare locations as well as all the satellite offices i visited. Staff upon entering the facilities are very prompt and professional showing attention to my appointment and where I needed to be. Exiting the elevator I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady who before I could even ask for help, she asked my name to register me and copied my info then said she would let the Doctor know that I was there, within moments a medical technician arrived to lead me to my exam room.

Overall a very informative and pleasant experience with this extremely capable doctor!
