I traveled from my home in Carlisle PA. The office changed my appointment time from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm so I wouldn't need to leave so early. Greatly appreciated. ALSO Dr. Tonnetti explained everything clearly so I fully understand my unique case.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. I was seen immediately. I didn't wait at all. I was escorted back. Things were explained to me. The doctor, this is my first and only visit so far. The doctor and his assistant came in, reviewed my chart, asked me why I was there. It's like I read everything, but tell me what you think is going on. He listened to me. I was so comfortable and I felt 100% relieved and in completely good hands when I was finished. It was amazing.

Dr. Tonetti and his nurse Rita are always friendly, professional, very caring and considerate of not only my husband (patient) needs, but also our family. We're extremely thankful for all they have done for us.

The best doctor

This was my first appointment with Dr. Tonetti at the Cherry Hill facility. It was difficult to answer a lot of the questions based on my first visit. A huge thanks to everyone who gathered my information from Christiana and Inspira Elmer Hospitals.

First time I've had a provider explain things so clearly and I didn't feel as if I was being rushed in and out.

Everyone was extremely caring n compassionate from signing in receptionist to discharge receptionist. Everything was explain in layman terms so I can understand. Explain what I needed to do next n answer all my questions. Very stressful situation for me n made me feel soo much better by the time I left. Thank you for the easing my mind.

We were impressed with Dr Tonetti and his compassion and concern with my son's situation, his interest in making sure we understood his explanations, and his care with which he presented the problems and prognosis. He hears everything you have to say. And then he's a great explainer. And he's very clear in in the responses he gives. Great hospital great people but to far away

I was pleasantly surprised how well Dr Tonneti and his team function together. They were proactive and covered all the bases .. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a time when I needed it most. I felt well taken care of.

Dr. Tonetti one of the finest physicians I have ever encountered. It's extremely rare to find compassion, respect, empathy, humor, and professional acumen in a single person, but Cooper has. Dr. Tonetti is a pleasure and a treasure. His team reflects all of these qualities too.

Overall a very informative and pleasant experience with this extremely capable doctor!

I've always been pleased with the Cooper University Healthcare locations as well as all the satellite offices i visited. Staff upon entering the facilities are very prompt and professional showing attention to my appointment and where I needed to be. Exiting the elevator I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady who before I could even ask for help, she asked my name to register me and copied my info then said she would let the Doctor know that I was there, within moments a medical technician arrived to lead me to my exam room.

Dr Tonetti is by far the best neurosurgeon I've had so far and in my opinion, he saved my life. I need another surgery and I will be having him hopefully do my 2nd surgery. He is the best in my opinion!!! Very passionate about what he does and his personal nurses are wonderful as well.
