The gentlemen who scheduled my appointment was great! the staff on site were very professional and pleasant to everyone. Daniel explained everything to me, didn't rush, answered all of my questions and tailored exercises that will work for me.

I felt great about my first experience with my Bone and Joint appointment. Everyone was friendly and polite. Dan Crawford explained everything clearly and gave me exercises for home.

This was not a reflection of how I encountered my provider, period. This was my first session with my physical therapist, and I don't know very much about him, but he was perfectly fine, period. I answered in the middle of the range because I don't know him very well. So you shouldn't blame him for any low scores. I look forward to working with him.

My first experience with Dan, physical therapy, was amazing. He was very concerned about my condition and proceeded to have me go get a Doppler at the emergency room, which then we did find a pulmonary embolism. So if it wasn't for him, it might have gone unnoticed. So I'm looking forward to doing physical therapy with him once I get cleared to do so. I'm very impressed with his knowledge and his compassion for me and to make sure I was okay. He even wanted me to call him, so I reached out and it was way after business hours, so it just goes to show you that he is the real deal. So I think he's great. Thank you. Bye-bye.
