I was really, really impressed with the way the whole thing went. Everybody cares. Everybody was on time. The next appointment was made. I'm really, really happy with the way things are going.

I only waited 5 minutes to see the workers. They were kind and courteous. After the test of my Pacemaker they explained the outcome and results.

I was very pleased with the fact that the provider waited for me even though I got the time wrong for my visit. And she was very helpful to answer all my questions. I wish when you notify people of upcoming appointments, you would put in the time, not just the date. Because when you're 80 years old working, anything technical or remembering a password is very difficult. Thank you.
