Dr Bruner is truly a great doctor! He listens, cares and gives feedback. He stays on top of his continuing education and has a large breathe of knowledge. I feel sooo comfortable will all 6 of my children in his care that even when I moved farther away I still don't mind making the long commute because of his quality of care. The nurses and front desk staff are all great and helpful and competent and courteous too, they make my kids feel at ease. I have six kids, some with complicated cases and Dr Bruner and Nurse Danielle keep in contact though MyChart and i always feel well cared for. Cooper Pediatrics Voorhees is the best

Hello, I'd like to add some feedback. Everything went very well. Opportunity for improvement. The survey paper that is handed out as the kids get older, I think that utilizing a device, an iPad, something like that, would assist with expediting that process since they're more tech savvy. and also they'd be more apt to check in themselves. Also for the physicals, the instructions indicate that the provider needs to fill out that portion. However, there are questions that are really for the parent to directly speak to the patient, the child about. So I think articulating that and maybe even incorporating that into a ?

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The front desk had great customer service. The medical assistant who triaged my son was super kind, treated him with care, great attitude, and the doctor was absolutely amazing. Treated me and my son with care, listened to everything we had to say, and just had great bedside mattress. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Staff was very nice, very generous, very helpful. Dr. Berner was very, very good. He's the best doctor there, in my opinion. He's always explaining to the fullest what is going on, the situation that's going on. He makes sure that I understand. He's very nice to the children. He's hands-down the best doctor there. There's no need for no improvements. Everything is excellent.

Dr.Bruner is the best in the office!! He is by far my most favorite pediatrician who has seen both of my children, very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and explains everything to his best ability!

All of the nurses and staff are very, very nice people, but Dr. Bruner is an absolutely amazing physician. My family actually followed him there from his previous job, and we live about a half an hour to 40 minutes away. So he would have to be a pretty amazing doctor for us to do that four to five times a year. So thank you very much. But the staff that they have there, the location is absolutely wonderful.

We've recently, well, maybe within a year, changed providers of the same group and we are just so pleased. We like the other doctor, but Dr. Brunner is phenomenal. My son is 17 now. He does treat him as an individual. He can talk to him about things that I have difficulty with. I'm a single mother. We were anxious to establish care for our first baby born last week. Dr Burner was amazing and provided so much education and reassurance.

Dr.Bruner was very informative during the visit. He addressed all of our concerns.

I really love that from start to finish everyone in this office is very friendly and understanding. They are always willing to speak to you over the phone and in the office to help meet my child's needs. Very impressed

My daughter gets excited to go to the doctor leading up to her appointment but gets nervous when we are in the office. But Dr. Bruner takes his time and is patient with her. Usually she warms up to him when it is time for the physical exam. He never pressures her to sit still and is engaging when she starts talking to him. After the appointment, she can't stop talking about Dr. Bruner!

Dr. Bruner is the best!

Dr. Bruner was excellent with my daughter. He showed her the graph of her weight and height on his computer to help her understand more as she is a visual learner. He was able to explain things in a way she could relate to. I left the appointment feeling much better and like I had a plan related to my daughter's health and well being.
