    Yes, the doctors and the staff were very pleasant, understanding. And if I had any questions and didn't understand anything, they made sure everything was cleared. And if they didn't have an answer, they would find one for me. They were very cooperative, loving staff. And they were busy, but they accommodated us and explained to us that they were running late and everything, but I didn't have any problems with it. They were very patient and understanding. And I would like you to let them know that I appreciate them very much. So thank you.

    I have been called an anomaly, since solution to problem unobtainable. Dr Shersher Suggested another specialist of affected area, might be able to work with me. Sorry I could not have continued with Dr. Shersher. Am very satisfied with his attempts to cure.

    Dr Shersher was the best doctor I have been to. He really cared about the health problems I was having. I now feel I am able to live a full, complete, healthy and happy life.     I appreciate the kindness and compassion. But I really appreciate the organizational component. Calls to set up appointments and follow-ups, never worrying about receiving bills because every visit and procedure is pre-authorized with insurance. Coming to the main hospital and MD Anderson is predictable in a good way. It's like a well oiled machine.

    I met with Dr Shersher to discuss possible surgery to repair a hernia. Due to a complicated medical history, I was disappointed to learn other measures would have to happen first. Dr Shersher was so kind and even though it was hard to hear, I know he is right and I appreciate his honesty and having a course of action that could lead to a SUCCESSFUL surgery in my future. I am ready to do what I must and feel like I am being cared for appropriately and compassionately.

    I've been on keytruda for 3 years now and I really have no problems with it. My ct scans have been pretty good showing improvement up to this last one and I had to get a pet scan. I'll have to get a biopsy to see if it's cancer or scar tissue or something else. If I have to do this Cooper is where I want to be.
