The Doctor and his team are very professional and show they care about their patients. Never had a bad experience. Very Happy with the care I received.

Dr. Feinstein is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains the condition and treatment options very comprehensively. He is prepared prior to initial visit, reviews all the tests, labwork, x-rays, etc. prior to seeing the patient. He does not rush through the visit. This is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, I went to see Dr. Feinstein on Monday. I was having a lot of difficulty with my arthritis and he has been just amazing. He is knowledgeable and he spoke with my husband and myself in terms that we understood and he's really working. He's proactive in my care and I really appreciate him as being my doctor and I would refer any of my friends or family to him if they had a similar problem that I have. He's the best. He is the best and I thank him for seeing me on Monday. It was like an emergency appointment and like I said, he is proactive and he's all about the patient. So thank you to him. Bravo.

Everything went very well. There was a seamless hand off from first meet and greet through the exam and the exit questions and future planning. Doc was very attentive, attuned to my concerns and helpful, efficient without being hurried. Was my first time st Cooper and I am impressed.

My Vooper experience was awesome. I was seen within 5 min, taken back to waiting room and had vitals taken. Shortly after, Dr. Feinstein came in to talk with me. He is the most kind, wonderful, caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Feinstein is usually really great. He sits there, listens to what you have to say, and actually talks to you about it. One of the better doctors I see fairly regularly. That is it.

Everything is was fine and they and out of the way to get me an appointment on short notice

While the doctor and staff were great, the parking lot was absolutely awful. It is crazy to watch elderly people (at a bone and joint institute!) cross busy roads due to lack of parking. A new location should be considered because this one is just too busy. I literally circled at least 3x to find any spot and people were fighting over parking.

Everything went very, very well. I have nothing to say to give you an idea of what more could be done. Okay Everything was good, exceptionally

Every time I go for my visit to see Dr. Feinstein, it's always a pleasure to see him and he's always, always, always in a great mood. He's never looks like he's bored or tired or what have you. He's a very easy man to speak with, not just on a doctor level, but on a personal level, and have a couple laughs during my appointments. So yes, so the appointment, I always keep my appointment with him because I know he's hard to get a hold of sometimes. And I have contacted him through the portal and he's always called me back and he's always never disappointed me with any remarks or anything that I'm telling him. So the appointment is always pleasurable.
