Finally found a medical office with doctor's and staff I'm very pleased with.

Everything was very well.

Dr Henry is a very knowledgeable & understanding, he always listens to me fully before he tells me "the plan". I appreciate him & the staff - prior to seeing him I never went to the doctor or for any test because I was scared & felt uncomfortable, but he/they have given me confidence and better understanding to better handle the medical field.

I love my provider the whole staff and Dr are understanding and respond to my questions/ concerns/ paperwork and appointments messages quickly.

Yes, I don't know my doctor that well. I'm a new patient of his, so we are just starting to know each other, I would say. Other than that, at the moment, I seem to be happy.

Dr. Henry is awesome! He is patient, kind, and compassionate. I am fortunate to have Dr. Henry as my PCP.

This was a really ODD survey. My Dr is great. He always listens to me and is trying. This isn't a Dr I'd probably stay with long term, last Dr was 20+ years together. Even my Psychiatrist since 2008. I'd also feel better with a female MD/DO at the Sewell office. I think it's needed.

Overall an excellent office visit

I appreciate the time Dr. Henry takes in listening and explaining my health concerns. I never feel rushed. I always feel like I matter and he cares.

I really needed to see a doctor. Dr. Henry was there, and he was really very good, was very concerned about my concern, did what he could do, and recommended what I should do after I left the office, and was just very caring, and I was very happy that I did get to see him when I was there the other day. That's pretty much it, and everybody there was very caring and very nice.

Dr Henry was very attentive and attuned to my concerns. He addressed them carefully, made recommendations and scheduled further testing to make sure my health and well being were being addressed efficiently and thoroughly.

dr. Henry has always been very personable kind considerate and interested in what my issues were. I think he's cool. I think he listen to me and I had a few issues and I like to move personal illness. He talk to and I felt comfortable even with the issues I was having I'd give him a 10 very exceptional for how young he is.

I feel that Dr. Henry listens to me. He answers my questions and he lets me make my own informed choices.

I would like to say that every time I visit Dr. Henry, if I have a follow-up appointment that I need to do, I never have to do the follow-up appointment. Someone from his office either calls me or the appointment is made for me before I leave the office. And I think that's such a personal touch and that I wish Cooper would do that throughout their offices. I do like Dr. Henry. I think he's young, he's fresh, he knows what he's doing. He listens to me, although I have pretty sure I am annoying him, asking him 30,000 questions. But yeah, I have a 19 year old and I'm about to transition him from pediatrics to Dr. Henry's care. And that's all I have to say. He's a great doctor and I'm excited

I see my practitioner, Dr. Henry at the school office where staff is always welcoming accommodating. Dr. Henry is excellent with his patience and responses.

I have seen my provider once. They seem nice and my visit went well. But these questions seem more applicable to someone who has seen their provider multiple times. Not sure this data is accurate.

Great doctor, great staff, and great office! I have been coming here after transferring from my old GP a little over a year ago. Best decision ever! I like Dr. Henry very much and have been able to develop a solid doctor/patient relationship that I feel comfortable with due to his caring, friendly personality. Appointments are never rushed. He is interested in listening to what I say. I've come to trust his judgment. The staff is excellent. They're warm and outgoing. Never once have I been made to feel like an inconvenience when visiting, or like I'm bothering them. They're willing to throughly answer scheduling/prescription/insurance questions as best they can with NO attitude whatsoever. The women at the desk are some of the most welcoming around in any doctor's office. Lastly, I very much appreciate that the office is absolutely clean and spotless. The bathrooms are flawless. Exam rooms are fresh feeling. The office shows high upkeep and care from the staff altogether. Just having such a supportive medical environment has made me care more about my health, personally. I started watching my cholesterol, making sure to take my vitamin D supplements, and following up on referrals to specialists when necessary. That's something I've never had before and it's all because I was taken seriously as an individual, as a person, and not like an adversary or inconvenience which is why I left my other doctor. Thank you!

Hi, just letting you know that on a scale of 1 to 10, I cannot give a 10 because I have a flip phone. So if I push 1 and then a 0, it doesn't get to 0. So that's why I rate 9. I have to use 9 because flip phone doesn't let me put in a 10. Anyway, otherwise I would have done all 10s. Thank you.
