Wonderful front office staff. I'm very impressed with their organization. Dr. Koerner has been outstanding. Having been away from a primary care provider for a while, he's allowed me to establish a better handle on my health.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kerner's for about 20 years now. He is absolutely fantastic. At one point, I moved like an hour away and I kept him as my doctor because it was worth it to drive to see him. He's fantastic.

I love the way my doctor takes his time and shows concern for my needs. I am very comfortable with him taking care of my medical needs.

I absolutely love Dr. Kerner and his nurse, Stephanie, at the Cross Keys location. Wish they were there more often, but he's the best doctor I have had since mine had passed away. Dr. Koerner answers everything, gets everything done right away. Great doctor. Couldn't say enough good things about him. After 25 years with him, we'll be with him forever. Thank you, Cooper. And Stephanie's fantastic, too. The nurse that he has.

Since I started going to Cooper about two years ago All staff and doctors treat me very well.

It was my first time there, and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and eased my worries about going to the doctor.

Everything went great with the appointment but the system is incorrect showing I had a $100 copay when I confirmed with my insurance company the copay was $15 which is what I paid when I went to my doctor visit in [Date] 025. Due to this was unable to check in online prior to my appointment.

Have been seeing Dr. Koerner for a very very long time. I love seeing him...always a great visit!!! I am very confident of his suggestions and any tests he recommends that I take. Always caring, always friendly. ....and I actually love seeing him...for his knowledge of any condition I might have, and anything different that he sees he is always very concerned. I am very thankful for having been a patient of both Dr. Leone and Dr. Koerner all of these many years!! !

I absolutely love Dr. Kerner. He's been my doctor for over 20 years. He responds to everything I say very quickly. He's always right on the money with my diagnoses. And I really appreciate the care that he gives me over the last 20 years. And his nurse, Stephanie, love her too. There's other ones in the other office, but I didn't go into the Cross Keys office, which is more convenient. I wish he had another day there, that'd be nice. But overall, fantastic services, fantastic doctor, and location on Cross Keys Road is really good for Dr. Koerner. Thank you, have a nice day.
