Every one was great

I absolutely love Dr. Kerner and his nurse, Stephanie, at the Cross Keys location. Wish they were there more often, but he's the best doctor I have had since mine had passed away. Dr. Koerner answers everything, gets everything done right away. Great doctor. Couldn't say enough good things about him. After 25 years with him, we'll be with him forever. Thank you, Cooper. And Stephanie's fantastic, too. The nurse that he has.

Since I started going to Cooper about two years ago All staff and doctors treat me very well.

Just that it was a good office visit as usual. I have been a patient of Dr. Koerner's for quite a few years.

It was my first time there, and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and eased my worries about going to the doctor.

Everything went great with the appointment but the system is incorrect showing I had a $100 copay when I confirmed with my insurance company the copay was $15 which is what I paid when I went to my doctor visit in [Date] 025. Due to this was unable to check in online prior to my appointment.

I have seen Dr Koerner for more than 20 years.

I really like my medical family. Cooper docs are wonderful

I absolutely love Dr. Kerner. He's been my doctor for over 20 years. He responds to everything I say very quickly. He's always right on the money with my diagnoses. And I really appreciate the care that he gives me over the last 20 years. And his nurse, Stephanie, love her too. There's other ones in the other office, but I didn't go into the Cross Keys office, which is more convenient. I wish he had another day there, that'd be nice. But overall, fantastic services, fantastic doctor, and location on Cross Keys Road is really good for Dr. Koerner. Thank you, have a nice day.

Always caring, always friendly. ....and I actually love seeing him...for his knowledge of any condition I might have, and anything different that he sees he is always very concerned. Excellent Doctor and staff, always greeting you with a smile and and easily to communicate with. Doctor and staff are human, and can joke around a little with them knowing I had 30 years in the emergency services in the tri-counties. Would highly recommend and they are all down to earth.
