D. Klanchar APN is hands-down amazing. She is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my specific needs regarding an ostomy system and found the perfect one to fit my lifestyle, as well as my adhesive allergy. She gently removed my staples and explained the upcoming steps in my care. She changed out my ostomy system to the best fit for my individual needs. She truly is an incredible provider that I'm so happy is a part of my care team!

They explained everything to me thoroughly and they gave me the confidence going into the surgery that I'm going to be okay and I'm not nervous anymore. I have always been treated with kindness and caring. All of my questions are answered. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I can ask questions at any time and they'll be answered in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Debbie Klanchar is always professional and courteous. When I need answers to question, she always made herself available and did not make me feel I was taking too much of her time. This is the hallmark of someone not only knows her job, but enjoys what she does. She's a credit to Dr. McClane and to Cooper hospital.

The overall experience was exceptional.The care was beyond my expectations and I am a Registered Nurse with many years of experience. I chose Dr.Steven McClane for my son because he took care of my sister. I researched Dr. MCClane for my sister .She had a 6lb. Cancerous tumor in her transverse Colon,she also had good care .However This time the care was truly worth not only for the expertise of the entire surgical team but the 24 hour care my son had .while he was in the hospital.There was not one nurse that did not give the utmost care .The 12 hour shifts are very demanding on staff but each nurse was always ready to do whatever we needed.I hope this survey finds all the right members of the upper management staff and administrators to hear about our experience at Cooper .
