Dr Ubele is a wonderful primary doctor who listens and truly cares about getting me on the best path to resolve all my health issues. She has the best bedside manner and never rushes you through the appointment. Also great at explaining health issues, treatment actions and the steps needed when specialist & testing are required. I'm so impressed, my daughter is now a patient. I've also been seen by several other Cooper doctors- all great and attentive. The front staff and nurses are always friendly and helpful.

I won't recommend my provider because I'm selfish!!! She is already loved and respected and will ALWAYS get a '10' from me-but more& more people are 'discovering' her which means it takes longer to get an appointment. And I don't have a tablet or computer in the house, and I have a hard time logging into mycooperhealth.org. I have trouble getting the test results. Arrived at 3:05, wasn't able to check in until 3:25 as the front desk was so busy. Someone finally asked me if I had checked in as I caught her eye. I hadn't so she took me to a side room to check me in. I wasn't able to get into weigh in until 3:45-3:50. Unfortunately too busy and basically patients in lobby were invisible. Someone with a director tag walked past about ten times but never made eye contact. Once in the back the treatment and service by my personal primary was great as always. I was just surprised as I've never run into a situation where I couldn't even get checked in.

Hello, my provider was very, she's very professional, very caring, and I'm able to reach her anytime I need an emergency. An example is I had my blood pressure medication had finished before my appointment, so I had called the hospital, I mean the office, spoke to a nurse, and she did, I mean, sent, an order to my pharmacy the same day, and I was able to pick it up the same day. So she's excellent, very caring, and very professional. And I just wanted to make sure Cooper knows that. Anyway, thank you. And I hope to continue to be her patient. And that's all I have to say. Dr Ubele is by far THE BEST PCP doctor i have ever had. I feel fully comfortable with her and totally trust her. She is an amazing dr and should be a very high asset to Cooper
