Outstanding service

Dr.Solomon and his nurse were very attentive and interested in my son, they treated him like a normal kid and even with his speech delay they took their time to converse and initiate conversation with my son and took their time to understand him. It was an overall positive experience and the front desk receptionist was very patient and helpful as well

Yes, I liked that I was able to do my hearing test on the same day and they took me in a very timely manner. It went well, I was put back in the room and Dr. Solomon came in in a very timely manner and gave me the results. So that was the positive that I got out of it. The woman at the desk checking me out was delightful and I really enjoyed meeting her.

I always feel like I am the only patient. It is most important for patients to feel their health and well-being is paramount creating trust. I believe when a health care provider treat you like you're his/ her only patient that's above and beyond. Patients who trust in their provider, assist in the overall care and well-being of the patient as well.

Dr. Solomon is always caring towards my child. He takes the time to listen to my concerns about my child's health concerns. The call center is more problematic. I guess when I called to make the appointment I spoke to someone who maybe was new or in training. I wouldn't know, but they were not helpful.

I was able to get a quick appointment because I work for Cooper and my child's doctor reached out to Dr. Solomon for sooner appt. However, without having that connection I would have had to wait 3+ months. I am wondering if it would be a good idea to hire more pediatric ENTs
