I've always held Dr. Douglas Carey in 'very high regard', He doesn't rush your visit & goes over everything with you & then some! Sometimes appts. go over but he doesn't ever rush you & answers everything. He will give his opinion when you ask and tries his best to make sure you understand everything. He's just a very nice, intelligent man. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I knew.

Very happy with the care at the office

I have had some bad experiences with doctors where they just don't seem to care. I was so happy to meet this doctor with my concerns that some doctors wouldn't even listen to. They just placate me. I definitely come back. He told me a lot of things that I didn't know that other doctors didn't say. I was extremely pleased when I left the doctors office I am any problem is for me. I am not computer savvy, and I can never get into my account.

I enjoy meeting with Doug. I know his schedule is full yet he always takes the time to understand my concerns.

I followed Doug Carey to Cooper Care Alliance/ Washington Township from his previous position at Jefferson - WT and always recommend him to anyone looking for Primary Care. He is knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. Even with strict appointment time limitations, he prioritizes listening & gathering information & asks follow up questions so that he can get an accurate picture of my overall health. As someone with a chronic autoimmune disease, it's rare and valuable to have a healthcare professional who is truly invested in helping me navigate complex issues. I hope that Cooper recognizes and rewards Doug because his patients know how lucky they are to have him as their primary provider.

Appointment was at one, we weren't seen till around 2:15. Doug took the time needed and was very thorough even to the point of getting me in for blood work while there instead of waiting for the next morning.

He was very easy to talk to and explained things in a way I could understand. I had never seen him before and he went through my chart and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood the changes he was making and gave me suggestions on easy ways to schedule my day to accommodate those changes. It was a good visit.
