I consider myself, as well as my family extremely fortunate to have found a physician/nurse practitioner who treats his patients as humans beings in need of his help and not just a number pushing you out the door. He's well respected and would be a hard shoe to fill if for some reason anything was to change. He's considerate and truly cares about his patients well-being.

Doug Carey and the rest of the office there at Cooper Health Alliance are phenomenal. They've really helped me get my life back. I had a lower back injury and Doug has just been awesome. So I'm back to working full time, taking care of myself, paying my own bills and not terrified of being on disability for the rest of my life. So I love the guy to desk. My whole family sees him and I would gladly recommend him to anybody close to me.

Doug Carey has provided unbelievable compassion, concern about my health ! ! ! I'm unable to put into words how wonderful he truly is! He is a blessing and wonderful to my whole family.

He was very easy to talk to and explained things in a way I could understand. I had never seen him before and he went through my chart and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood the changes he was making and gave me suggestions on easy ways to schedule my day to accommodate those changes. It was a good visit. I felt seen and heard and learned a lot.

Loved our visit. Doug was caring and knowledgeable. My daughter recently transitioned from peds to adult care. Initially wanted a female but after her visit, she's found her primary care physician.

My provider is absolutely awesome, and goes above and beyond for his patients. I know he is always willing to do whatever he can to help me feel more comfortable with my intractable pain issues. My only concern is that the appointment slots are not long enough for me and some other patients with multiple issues. So if others are complaining about the wait time, it's not the providers fault. 20 mins for a recheck or med refills is fine. When you have a patient who is having an issue or problem they most definitely need more than 20 minutes to get the time to talk with the dr and get time to implement a new course of treatment. That is the only issue I see frequently that needs definite improvement.

Doug Carey is very caring and kind. He's a very good listener and very thorough when it comes to my care. He makes going to the Doctors an enjoyable experience.
