This provider was very thorough and took the time to listen and respond to all my questions.

I liked that my appointment was at 1 o'clock and they took me right at 1 o'clock. And I also liked that the doctor spent a lot of time with us, me and my husband. Yes. He didn't seem like he was in a hurry. He talked everything through. He was very nice. That's all.

I have been seeing Dr. Richterfor many years and he has always given me excellent care. I had just gotten out of hospital and after a thorough checkup he said I was ready to resume my regular activity.

Dr Richter is very thorough, and because of his due diligence 2 years ago discovered blockages, had a quadruple bypass pass and doing extremely well!

appreciate Doctor Richter's thoroughness in reviewing my history and discussing my cardiac care.

Dr Richter was thorough, patient, and kind. He made sure he understood my history before starting exam. He took his time explaining why he chose to order certain diagnostic testing and how the procedure(s) would be done including how long it would take, and before, during, and after care. Dr Richter was very considerate and understanding regarding my overall Healthcare. My highly recommend him.

Came early because I was unable to check in online due to my chart/epic issues (wouldn't let me get past my insurance card and indicated my visit copay was $150, which it is not. It is $15 for office visit like this visit, but $150 is for a hospital visit. This same issue occurred with a a [Date] with Dr Vakil at Moorestown too. ) This time the intake person was able to resolve so that I could simply pay the legitimately required $15 (in [Date] I had to pay the $150 to keep my appointment and then call later to get it resolved.) Dr Richter was running late, but it was not a concern to me as I know that he spends whatever time is needed with a patient in order to address their issues. He's done this for me in the past, so I do not mind waiting if that is necessary with other patients too. He's a great doctor. Also during my time in the waiting room, I got to listen to the intake individuals dealing with other patients. The intake folks were wonderful in their treatment of the other patients when there was some confusion about appointments. Intake even apologized for the situation when is was clearly the patient's error.

Dr Richter is a numbers guy. He really looked at my numbers and focused on what they should be and how to get them there. When I asked questions he answered them thoroughly. But he remained focused on the numbers.

Dr. Richter took the time necessary to review my older medical records getting details I had forgotten & didn't realize still existed because they were so old. Not a lot of today's doctors would care to take that time.

Mostly fine - Dr. Richter was patient with my questions explaining all that was necessary so that I fully comprehended the totality of my situation + seemed genuinely cornered to obtain a larger perspective. However, wish he smiled a bit more as I felt as our communication was somewhat 'antiseptic'
