They are there for you to help you in anyway they can. The 2nd floor is spotless. No trash anywhere. They are all working as a team there helping one another & showing that they enjoy their jobs & working w/ each other to show Cooper Medical on rt. 70 Cherry Hill that they can be happy that they hired them. 2nd floor you're doing a great job keep up the great work. .

Although I requested to see Dr Cancell who wasn't available for a month, I thought I was then seeing an orthopedic surgeon who could give me a second opinion on treatment options. That being said I was blown away by the care that Dr Yun took to help me, even though he isn't a surgeon. I appreciate that he ordered a 2nd X-ray to show if I had any structural integrity issues. He then offered to confer with his colleague who is an orthopedic surgeon to determine best course of action. He called 1st thing the next morning to give me their combined opinions. He was willing to fit me in for another visit, but I wasn't able to come back in. I believe Dr Yun went above & beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my chosen treatment & I would definitely highly recommend him to my friends/family who needed care!! !

My doctor is always quite efficient. He's on point. He gives the best needle. And I've had those steps serviced by other doctors before, but he is absolutely the best in his personality, what he does and how he does. The staff at the Route 70, always excellent. So that's the best I can do for you. And I wouldn't be faking it.

I was unable to climb onto Dr Yun's exam table, I've shrunk to 4'11". Orthotics needs electric exam tables. Dr Yun figured out a work around, he injected cortisone shots into my IT bands with me sitting in a chair with open arms. Dr Yun is a great doctor with great empathy for his patients.

I liked the way they treated me, because these days, some people look at you with racism. And I really liked how they explained everything to me, the problem I had. They explained it well, the medications, the care, the exercises I was going to do, everything was excellent.

I arrived early for my appointment, that's why it took more than 15 minutes. Dr. Yun is usually on time and came right away once I was in the room to be treated. I look forward to visiting his office to get my injections.

The 2nd floor receptionist was great, the physician assistant was great, the x-ray tech was great, and the check-out rep was great! Cooper has come a long way.
