My experience was real great

Met Dr Delesky for the first time,very personable and thorough. Good experience for a first visit.

Good visit; met my expectations

It was stress-free very laid-back. I have no complaints. It was very easy to talk to the doctor and to the front desk people the lab tech that took my blood was also very good.

Initial meeting. I was impressed he took time to get to know me. I never felt rushed. My medications needed updating which he did. He gave me some new perspectives on diet and exercise which were encouraging as well as informative. I left feeling he really wanted to see me improve my health and would help me do that.

This was my first visit with the new provider. He was wonderful. He asked great questions and I felt like when I left I was heard and had a game plan.

I would like to say that I feel lucky that Dr. Deck and I were able to meet because he provided such a high-quality of care and genuinely took an interest in my welding from the moment he stepped in the room a practitioner of his skill is rare and his commitment to working with clients in a collaborate process is truly refreshing

It was the first I met with Dr Delesky. He was very easy to talk to. He validated all my symptoms and act accordingly. He's a great "bedside" manner.

First time I met Dr. Edward Zeliski, I think, I usually have that other doctor that begins with a G. He was, she was off and he was wonderful.

Dr. Delesky has been a revelation. He is attentive when we are talking about my health needs and plans f0r treatment. And he has already prescribed medication which have lowered my decades long high blood pressure.

I am a new patient to Cooper Family Medicine, have Dr. Delesky as my PCP. He was very friendly and attentive and asked me questions related to my current and future Healthcare needs. He answered all my questions with professionalism.

Dr. D was very nice & this was our 1st official meeting since Dr. Gray left. I came in due to swelling in my right foot and calf. He was very tentative when checking my leg ? ordering a ultrasound to pin point the issue.

I was really impressed with Dr. Delesky. He seemed to really care about my health and personal issues related to my health which I have not experienced before. There were some things that I wanted to discuss with him but I became distracted and didn't unfortunately.

My experience and everybody at the place was top-notch professional and I enjoy going there even though it's the doctors if you know what I mean I'm 64 years old they take very good care of me and I'm happy all the way around thank you

It was refreshing to see a doctor who actually looked at me when asking questions instead of staring at a screen while typing in my responses. Not what I'm used to in my previous experience with doctors.

Get your expansion of the office done quickly. I was put in the office close to the construction and started coughing almost immediately. I had to leave that room and wait in the hall until the doctor could see me. He saw I was coughing I told him why so he switched us to another office away from the construction and my coughing got alot better. So I was greatful for that

Very organized, from check in (they helped me get my MyChart up and running) the Dr who was very attentive and seemed to take a lot of interest in learning about me, his notes where uploaded the same day. Blood work done in office and very professionally. Blood work with notes back the next day. Very impressive indeed.

Dr Delesky is amazing and I am so happy that he is now my primary doctor. He listens to me and goes over everything. I never leave feeling rushed or unheard. Scheduling is also better as it looks like more providers are there now. I love the scheduling on MyChart. Super easy and I was able to get in within a few days, which wasn't the case before with this office. You can tell this office is making things for the better and it is definitely noticed! Thank you!

Dr. Delesky was very nice and very informative. He listened to my issues and prescribed exactly what has helped me.

Dr. Delesky was wooonderful. He was cheerful, welcoming and eager to get to know me. He is obviously very knowledgeable AND very very helpful! He gave me advice on diabetes - took me from 5 needles a day, down to ONE needle a day. And the results were amazing! We are ready to recommend him to anybody who asks! Thank you!

If I look at my visit in phases I can summarize it as follows: 1. Making my appointment was easy and I got a same day appointment. 2. My check in was average. The employee didn't give eye contact which if you are wearing a mask as a PPE I think with your eyes you should be engaged or you make people feel like you have a disease or you're bothering them. 3. My Nurse was excellent attentive and asked all the important questions. 4. The doctor was fantastic really engaged really seemed like he cared about my issues and wanted to help me in my health journey.

I m new to this provider. Dr. Delensky made me feel comfortable from the beginning of my visit to the end. He never rushed the visit. He made some changes to my meds. Looking forward to my next visit.

My real doctor is Dr. G, Catherine G., and because she wasn't going to be there, I took Dr. Dzynski, and he was very good and very kind. He listened to everything that I said, and he did everything he could. Thank you very much. Great place. I would recommend it.
