Cooper hospital has always been one of my top healthcare facilities.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hines. I'm so glad that I met her. I wish I had met her years ago. She makes otherwise stressful appointments much, much easier. She's very friendly. She's very energetic. I cannot say enough about this doctor.

She was very pleasant and kind. Her advice actually made my migraine go away I was having back pain I believe from my epidural that lead to a migraine and facial swelling. I tried what she recommended and it helped I haven't had a migraine today at all.

I have never been treated with such kindness and care from a provider and their team. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hynds was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I love this provider. She's great, but I feel conflicted in suggesting that OBGYN, it's very difficult to get an appointment with anybody, so I had to switch from a different Cooper OBGYN to this one. I don't know when you're surveying people to encourage them to recommend services that are short in supply.

First time seeing Dr Hynds after being a patient of Dr Seifring for 30 plus years, and I love Dr Seifring. Dr Hynds was awesome. She was on time, even early! Asked loads of relevant questions. Clearly had read my file prior to coming in room. Was professional, friendly and very thorough with both her exam and questions. I will definitely ask to see her again. The tech who was working with her also could not have been any nicer and they clearly had a good working relationship.

She was a very responsible person in taking care of me and asking the questions. She was carefully listening and taking her notes and giving me advice. And I am so grateful to have and meet a person like her. I felt very comfortable with her taking care of my health. She was prompt and clear with everything. And I understood nice and clearly everything she discussed with me. And she was very enthusiastic when she took care of me as well. And that's what I like about her. I give her a 20 if I can. And that's all I have to say.

If I could give Dr. Hynds an 11, I would. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what she said. After being away from the office for a few years, she was a great pick for my first exam back and I'm glad to have her on my care team.

I came here for a second opinion about my iud removal, after my previous gyno refused to take it out until I did further testing. As someone who is going through all of this for the first time, it was pretty confusing why I was being denied the removal. Dr. Bywater really put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. She also removed my iud same day and I have felt so much better since.

Dr. Hynes was empathetic and I felt she cared about my concerns and left no stone unturned to figure out why I was experiencing my symptoms. I appreciated her following up with me over the phone too. She has an easygoing, friendly nature. I trust her providing care to me as well as my loved ones. I'd highly recommend.

Front desk staff is quick and efficient. They could be a little more welcoming up front but over all did a great job. MA staff were very nice and had great use of AIDET.

In all my years in this country, I never would have had a doctor like Elaine. I truly felt at ease, she treated me well, she was incredibly professional, and I felt completely comfortable with her. The impression I got from her was truly impressive. What a wonderful person, what a great professional, so good in every way.

This doctor is new to me but comes recommended by my previous. It's my first time with her but I very much like her already and it's obvious she took the time to look over my (decently long--I've been with Cooper for more than 8 years at this point) file.
