Always a pleasure to come to an appointment. Fast, efficient, and caring.

I usually see dr Iliades in his other office. This was closer to home and more convenient. Everyone was kind and courteous and professional.

So while I was waiting for my doctor to become available, I was told by the staff that he was running late today and he would be with me as soon as he could. In the meantime, he sent in an associate doctor or someone starting to be a doctor and he spent some time with me and he was excellent and I enjoyed his company and he was thorough and he was concerned about me as a person and when he did leave, my regular doctor, Dr. Leo, came in and was very, very himself, usually very interactive, usually very concerned and usually absolutely a joy to talk to. He's a good man. I feel like Cooper has always been a good place to go. I'm happy with my care and I'm happy with the staff of people that I deal with there, always.

I didn't leave all fours for this survey because I really didn't have Dr. Jigliotti, not excuse me, Dr. Iliadis as my physician this time. He only came in for maybe the last five minutes.
