I have never had a problem with this clinic. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Before my wife's death I changed her to Dr. Sussman because of the lack of care she was given at Rowen Family Medicine. Unfortunately Dr. Sussman only had one visit before my wife went into the hospital and passed a few months later. Yet Dr. Sussman gave my wife better treatment than Rowen. I have great respect and support for this clinic.

I am so grateful that I was able to get medicine to help me get through this week and get back to being myself (and avoiding a bleeding ulcer!)

I have very complex health issues and feel like I get past around by specialists because they don't know what to do. I understand that my issues are unique, but it's frustrating to get passed off. I can always count on Dr. Sussman to listen when I am fed up, frustrated or at my wits end. She understands and I truly feel she cares. I give her the same list of issues as the specialists and I know there's no answer but she'll say "how can I help you feel better " Rather than, go see your other Dr. That's what I need. To be heard. To be treated as a whole person. Specialist are great but forget at times that you are an entire person. Not just a disease within their realm. Dr. Sussman gets me. I can't thank her enough for this.
