I showed up to the wrong office. I showed up in Camden instead of Voorhees. And the young man in nephrology, I believe, in the Cancer Center in Camden, I'm sorry I can't remember the young man's name. But he's very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure that I was able to reschedule another appointment with the same provider. And we did it virtually since there was a little bit of oops on my part. So we made it possible. And then when I did talk to her through the video appointment, she was able to even remember our conversations. I guess she took some good notes and was able to take care of the issues that I needed to be taken care of as well.

It is always a pleasure to meet with dr. emily walzer. She listens carefully and takes care to explain everything to me. I look forward to seeing her and feel confident that she carefully reviews and evaluates my concerns and all of my records and ensures that she is up to date.

So very thankful for the time Dr Walzer spent answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. She was very kind and patient and I'm glad she will see me through this next step.

Comfortable and Excellent Experience

The only person who wasn't overly nice was the woman who checked me in upon arrival. She may have been stressed but wasn't friendly. Just did what she needed to do but didn't make me feel welcome as everyone else did

I feel like each, and every person that I have come into contact with has been a consummate professional. Everyone has compassion and cares each time I am there. We are always greeted with smiles from staff who genuinely care.
