Dr. Eric Nagele showed more patience than any doctor I have encountered. At the beginning of the telemedicine call, the internet connection was sporadic, Dr. Nagele waited until I was able to find a better transmitting area. Offered suggestions on my brother's situation regarding his Lewey-body Dementia with Parkinson. I am extremely grateful.

In the past 2 months I've been hospitalized twice, spent time in ER, ICU, and shared room facilities. In every room, I met kind and friendly staff. However, Dr Nagel was the only staff member who spent time asking me detailed questions about my condition, and my feelings (physical and emotional) related to it. He encouraged me to ask him questions as well and clearly answered every question thoroughly and patiently. As a result I better understand my current physical and mental status. I have a far better understanding of what I may expect in the future and what I should and shouldn't do to facilitate a full recovery. In short I am no longer uncertain, even fearful of my future. I fully understand the time constraints common to doctor/ patient meetings. I'm just grateful beyond measure I got to meet with Dr Nagel

He just had to be the Best Doctor I've been to in years. By taking an interest in what was wrong with me that others may not have seen. Along with sending me for further brain, cervical spine & thoracic spine MRI studies.

This was our first visit and happy to say it was a very positive and quite moving experience. We were welcomed/greeted professionally and courteously. The waiting area was large and comfortable - however we did not wait long. The intake nurse was great; it was obvious she has experience with the special needs community. Dr Nagele was quick to come in; meaning we did not wait long we hardly waited at all. He spent time with us - really took the time to learn about our situation. He listened and suggested a path. Our discharge was quick, easy and just as professional and courteous as check in. As we were leaving, the office staff waved said good bye to my son. He was seen - and my heart smiled.

I wasn't able to get to my appointment because I didn't have a car and I waited 3 months for this appt and Dr Negele converted my appt to telemedicine by my request and he fit me in his schedule and didn't rush me and addressed all my concerns. The best appt I felt seen and heard.

Dr. Nagele is very prompt with my seizure prescriptions and treats my personal epilepsy case with a strict and individualized approach. The folks at the check-in desk are friendly and professional.

Dr Nagele is by far the best Neurologist I have seen since been referred as one of Dr Mirsen's patients. I can talk to him with ease and comfort and he answers all my questions and worries. I find myself texting Dr Nagele with questions concerning any interactions with my current meds from meds given to me by other doctors and he gets back to me in a prompt and precise manner. A very positive, pleasant experience, beginning the moment I checked in, continuing with the two staff personnel who took my weight and then led me to the examination room, and culminated in the visit itself. Absolute awesome experience. Waited only 3 minutes in waiting room (and we were early for appointment to arrive).
