Everyone went above and beyond and my experience was amazing. All staff & especially my Doctor was especially attentive and thorough in everything. He explained everything & answered all questions. He took all precautions to remove those stones and he did an excellent job! All his staff was friendly, loving and on task!

Erica was terrific. I came into the appointment with a lot of anxiety and after 5 minutes that was gone. She took the time to explain everything to me - it was probably the most time a provider has ever spent talking to me about what's going on.

I was treated very well; my experience with the staff and the doctor was very pleasant. Thank you very much for your attention.

Oh, hello, my name is Icy Mae Molings and I went to see Dr. Erica Evans yesterday. My waiting was, I was quickly. I did not wait long at all. I got in as quick as possible and everything went well. All my tests was done and very professional and she explained things to me and I would recommend her to any, to everyone. And all the staff, they were so nice, so very friendly. It was just great. It was just great. And I don't see where no improvement need. Everything was just great.

I always have a great experience at Cooper's. I wouldn't go to no other hospital but Cooper Hospital. They always treated me with great respect and always was concerned about my health. And that's my input. Thank you.

Erica was phenomenal. She has been the best provider thus far in this practice. She did not rush me. She was highly communicative. She showed me care and I appreciated it after a not so great post surgical experience.

The assigned interpreter was very friendly, and I felt extremely comfortable having her in the office assisting me with my appointment. She was very pleasant and a benefit to patients who needed her.

Great job by the whole team from beginning to end stand up job

The only issues were that the head rest on the exam chair wasn't working and the video monitor was broken as well. As a professional singer and voice teacher, it would have been much better to have been able to see my vocal folds for myself. My clinician was exceptional, though. She apologized and reassured me that my cords were clear and my vocal structures were healthy in appearance. Better maintenance allows your truly gifted staff a chance to do the extraordinary!! Thanks.

Voorhees is not close to my address. However, I was in an auto accident before my appointment. I was an half an hour late for my appointment. But they still wanted to see me. This is always a good place. I only need to live closer.

The entire staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the exam room. Provider was excellent. She did a thorough exam, while listening to my concerns & provided a plan for treatment.

Dr. Evans was pretty friendly and helpful with my issues. She knew I needed my medication to help with my ear issues. Over all I think it went pretty well. And I got a new appointment to come back in six months.

Cooper is always my first choice. I usually drive 45 minutes or so but It's well worth the drive. Thank you for being there.

My issues including a new hearing test and script, we're all accomplished in the same visit. There was no need for excess visits.

Booking the appointment was a bit of a nightmare. It got pushed back months multiple times before I finally was able to get something. My appointments would shift [Date] months with no warning. It was frustrating and made me almost want to give up trying. The actual appointment was great once I was there though. Erica Evans was excellent, attentive, and gave clear results and options
