Erin and the entire team made me feel very comfortable from the moment I checked in at the front desk thru check out. Unfortunately, I had a lot to cover during my appointment, but I felt heard and not rushed. Erin thoroughly explained her treatment plan for my care. Excellent care

This was my first visit with Erin Higgins and this office. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, kind and professional and from what I saw they treated everyone that way. Erin was listened to all my concerns, reviewed my medical records thoroughly, asked a lot of questions and then explained the tests she was going to order and how my issues would be addressed. It was comforting to know that she took my concerns seriously, I am so glad she is my new primary care professional.

It's nice going someplace where you meet very nice people and they're not robotic they're human and they make you feel at ease. That was my first time there and yet I felt as if I had been there many many times because of the people there

My provider moved to Cooper and I moved with her. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a grwat experience. When Erin left her previous practice I made sure to track her down and make an appointment to continue as her patient. She's caring and asks the questions needed to diagnose and treat. I have a couple of issues that can be a problem but she always gets it right.
