I want to say what a fabulous staff. It starts as soon as you walk in.

Kind and compassionate care from Erin. Thorough and listened to my concerns. The front desk staff were very courteous and considerate too.

Erin was extremely caring and thorough. She took the time to listen to me, ask questions, offer lots of options, and made sure I had all my questions and needs addressed. She has an excellent bedside manner and she truly cares about her patients. I would absolutely recommend her (and have already done so with friends). The staff was very nice (one of the nicest I have ever encountered) and they made sure to set up expectations for wait and check in/out was a breeze. Everyone I had an interaction with absolutely wonderful.

My Dr. is very personable and sincere. I always feel valued.

I feel like my experience with Dr. McCormick was really awesome. I had been struggling with stomach pain for a really long time and it was affecting my ability to get up and do work every day and just was not good and I felt very, very listened to and felt like I was getting at least somewhere with the answers or the suggestions that she was thinking or giving me. So I just really valued that and she was really, really awesome about listening to problems relating to stress that might have affected my physical health as well and I just really appreciated that a lot.

I am hoping eventually my Doctor will find a solution to my health issues. She is always open to my concerns and questions.

Cooper GI is phenomenal. I sent Dr. Persaud a note and was in the next day to see Erin McCormick. Erin was wonderful as well as everyone else in the office. 10/10 and highly recommend.
