My experience at Cooper was excellent. I did not have any waiting time and both the technician and Dr. Roth were excellent with dealing with my problem.

Dr. Roth is an awesome doctor. Her level of care is great and she's very open if you have concerns about or questions. I suffered a nightmare when it came to urology issues. But the first moment I met her she refused to give up on me. Now today because of her caring I can once again live my life again! And her staff really cares about you too.

It was supposed to be a video consult and I was unable to access my My Cooper account. I called the office, explained the situation, and after a short wait Dr Roth made a direct phone call to me to discuss my progress. Like many others of my generation online access is not easy or comfortable. I appreciate the staff cooperation and understanding.

A lot of times going to the hospital or Doctor's appointments can be frustrating but everybody is so nice that it makes it so easy.

Dr Roth was kind, professional, and efficient. She explained my concerns in layman terms. She listened to my responses and gave me all available options. One of the best doctors.

Yes, this is my experience was great with my doctor. She was very gentle. She walked me through everything. She told me what was going on. She kept me informed. And it was a great experience because I had a lot of trepidation walking into that room because what was going to happen to me, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I would like to say the provider was outstanding, and I would also like to say that her medical assistant was outstanding. But what I would also like to say is that when I was checking out, one of the receptionist walked over and said that she would help me because the person that was checking another patient out was busy and so she asked me to come into the lobby so she could check me out. Another couple came in and she asked me to wait while she waited on the other couple and I was at her desk waiting for her to check me out. I thought that was very rude. I also thought I had an issue or that I had an issue to do with with race because the couple that walked in was an elderly white couple and I happen to be a woman of color. I was very offended by that I was not happy with it at all. I went back to the original person who was checking me out and she checked me out because the other patient had she had finished with the other patient.

From the moment I walked in - the entire support staff was wonderful ( a first from my experience with Cooper) and Dr.Roth is a true gem.Personable,and super empathetic -she broke things down so I fully understand what is going on and the path of care we both thought best

Hi, this was my first visit to Dr. Roth. The front desk staff was very kind. They were quick to get me in to see the doctor. And when I did meet Dr. Roth, absolutely wonderful. Extremely thorough, listened to what I had to say, provided feedback that I could understand. Not medical talk that went way over my head. but slowly gave me a plan. I knew what my next steps were. I went out to the front desk. We got all the paperwork we needed. All my follow-up appointments and additional appointments needed are booked and scheduled. So I feel very confident that things are going to be fine. And if they're not, that's okay because I know I'm in great care.

Between her and her fantastic PA, RACHEL FLANAGAN, who delighted my soul because she was so sincere and was proper definitely interested in my well-being. She loaded me up with a wealth of information to help me on my journey. Both of these people helped me out so much by giving me such valuable information. And they did it with kindness and dignity. Both of these practitioners are wonderful people and deserve a $50,000 raise!!! The two ladies who greeted me, LORET and JEANETTE made me feel so good and so welcomed and so cared for!! Also, please give these ladies a $50,000 raise!! !

I thought Dr. Roth was professional, warm and knowledgeable with my best interest at heart. My only concern is that I can't get my next appointment before the ordered MRI she requested. She will need these results before seeing me- not after.

My visit with Dr. Roth was pleasant and informative. However, it would've been helpful knowing in advance that a urine sample would be needed, and believe she could've spent time explaining how/if prostate cancer can be prevented.

I was very happy with the nurse and the doctor. They were very nice and I'm very happy I found them. The only issue was when I went in, there's usually for Cooper a QR thing and I had the QR code but there was no way of registering it and there was nobody there. When the person came out, they said, you don't use them there. I don't really understand that. But that was the only other issue I had with the urology, Cooper Urology.

I felt very comfortable. It was an excellent experience. Dr Roth was very thorough with her exam and explanations. I have already shared her name with a neighbor of mine.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ross and she was really exceptionally nice and seemed to care about what I was going through, but it's a little hard to answer these questions when you've only seen a provider once, so you might want to change some of these questions for first-time patients.

Dr. Roth listened carefully. She was very considerate of me as a person. She took time to answer my questions. Let me make decisions as how to proceed with treatment after offering options.
