Dr Frank Jackson's staff is phenomenal. He is quite an awesome doctor as well and makes you feel like he is a friend instead of a provider. I noticed there was a BEE award when I was waiting to be seen by the doctor. Oh, how I wish I could nominate the entire orthopedic staff under Dr Frank jackson. ( And Dr Frank Jackson himself as well) His modesty was so cute.....They were kind, impressionable, professional and quite funny. It was a warm atmosphere and I felt like family. Even the staff that x-rayed me were also lovely. I had a great time and it was worth seeing the kindness shown to a regular old patient like me. God bless everybody that I came in contact with.... And the entire staff of Cooper hospital.

The staff and my Dr are very friendly and I didn't have to wait long before I saw my Dr! I was in and out properly in time for my ride that I requested to come back in 1 hour and my doctor was finished with me in less than 1 hour. Dr Jackson listened to any questions that I had and we talked about my next appointment or I can call to come see him earlier before my appointment in January. He has good bed side manners! I would recommend him to all my friends and family! !

I feel grateful to all the staff who are visited, they provide good care, I feel very good with each person who is seen.

Dr. Jackson was very concerned. He explained things where you had to understand it. He's a very unique and good doctor, and I would encourage anyone to go and see him. He's very good. He's very good, and I was truly, truly surprised at the kindness that he showed and the concern that he showed. That's it.

All the secretarial staff, nurses and doctors behaved professionally.

Well, once you do well, especially we watch TV and on TV you always see doctors be very compassionate and, you know, looking after their patients as well as when you walk in seem like people at the nurses station are always so nice or appear to be nice. Now, this is me talking about people on TV, but when I come there, it's that type of experience. It's actually like what you see on TV. You walk in, everybody just seems nice. They all seem like they get along well. And then when Dr. Frank comes in, I mean, he acts just like a TV doctor. He's warm and friendly. He makes you want to hug him and you think you have a personal relationship with him even though he sees patients every day, you know.

Dr. Frank Jackson he is excellent professional I feel comfortable with him, he has no ego and is very human, he explains very well, truly very few like him, when one visits other doctors they just come and talk, he is not like that, he asks what you have and if the treatment he gave worked, I just have to say thank you.

Everyone was really kind, and I found the provider to be above and beyond in terms of their understanding, explaining what I needed to know/do, making me feel comfortable, and was an incredibly warm and a positive person to interact with. The nurse was also noticeably very warm and professional. Instead of torture, this appointment felt like self care because of the palpable good vibes from entrance to the exit. Even the administration staff was incredibly cohesive and made you feel safe and welcome. It felt like the people that work in that building are treated well, paid well, and enjoy their job and coworkers.

I enjoyed my visit. I was seen pretty much promptly. Everybody was very nice to me. The doctor didn't spend a lot of time on me, but he acknowledged my needs. I'm just waiting for them to fax over information to my insurance so that I can be covered for the days that I was off because of my foot being broken. Otherwise everything is fine and I'm just waiting for them to fax over the information. Thank you.
