Getting an appointment was "mostly easy" because the Veterans Affairs never know what they are doing. Dr. Matusow restores my faith in the medical profession. I am very upset he is leaving, he is the best doctor and caring for your every need. I am very upset I need him and now he won't be close by. It is very hard to go so far to see him. I was very impressed with all the doctors, the nurses, the technicians, everybody. The doctor was close and it's an inconvenience for me because I don't drive that far and to go to my doctor now, I would have to go to North Jersey two places. So it is inconvenient for me until the doctor returns, if he returns, which I hope he does, So, but everybody was very, very nice from start to finish. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend Dr and all the staff around there. Very, very nice. But it is an inconvenience for me now to have to travel to go see him and I can't do it. So that part I'm not happy about.

I had excellent service with my provider, Gary. My only problem now is that the office is shutting in the local area and we'll need to travel a distance over an hour to get to your other site. it was my first meeting with the doctor and his medical asst, they were professional and very likeable at the same time. they made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to.

I was very happy and has been in the past with Dr. Matusso and the staff. I'm just disappointed that as Cooper refurbishes the business there in Lake Harbor Township, that I do not have easy access to Dr. Matusso or a facility at all that's close by. And due to my age, my husband's age, this becomes a very difficult I wish that he was much closer to the Egg Harbor Township area. And I guess that's all I have to say because I really, really appreciate the staff and I really, really appreciate Dr. Muthuso especially. Thank you. I might have to change doctors and offices.

No, my experience there is fine. He's always compassionate and willing to help and I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is guys are leaving and we have to go far to see the doctors closing that office there in Carver Township and you have to go all the way to Pennsville or to Mount Laurel, which makes it difficult. It's a shame. I don't know. But all the doctors and all the employees there, they're fine. They treat you with respect and dignity. So thank you for your time.

Hi. Yes, I've been a patient there at Atlantic Gastro for probably 30 years. I think it's very important that you keep the GI doctors in EHT and to continue providing us with care and service. I think it would be a mistake if you close the office for GI purposes. It's important that you have representation down here and that your patients don't have to travel all over the place trying to get to one of your other offices. So please keep the EHT office for GI purposes. Thanks.

Feel confident with interaction with Dr Matusow. Have been patient with Atlantic Gastro for 2+ decades. Was apprehensive about change to Cooper but found Dr Matusow to be very effective. Hope to continue as a patient with Cooper after remodel at Fire Road location. Alternative locations outside of Atlantic County area are not working for office visit sites. I trust that this will be considered for my future as a patient.

by Dr. Matusow. He really was caring about me. I am a senior and 86 years old. I've known him for a number of years, but I haven't been in contact with him since I moved to another location. Recently found that he was here and I've been, I'm very pleased with his response. He gave me a good recommendation for two tests that I have already taken one. And I'm scheduled to take another one at AMI on Friday. These tests could have been given to me by a prior gastroenterologist, which I have been seeing for a long, long time. And they never provided them, never offered them to me. I'm very much concerned that Dr. Matusow may be leaving this area of Southern New Jersey, Atlantic County.

Driving to Camden County would be a hardship for me and I hope Fire Rd facility will still be available after renovations. this survey did not seem to know I was not int eh office but it was a ZOOM call. It started 20 minutes last - however I was told to be on 20 minutes ahead of time - so it seemed to take quite a while. But the Doctor was very nice.

I call for appt since I had a positive test,and the appt was given soon.The staff and Dr was excellent and I feel confident I will get better after my treatment. The place was easy to park and immaculate clean and beautiful flowers and garden.Thank you.

Arrived early. Checked in with front desk immediately. Was taken back to exam room within minutes (prior to appointment time). Asked basic questions about history, meds, etc. Then seen by doctor almost immediately after that. Very good experience.

Please reconsider keeping GI at this location when the renovations are done. This area is in great need of a great Gastroentorology practice. Our other choices (limited) in Atlantic County do not compare to the excellent care and professionalism we receive at Cooper Gastro on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township. Thank you!
