Dr Heck is always interested in how I am doing & are there any concerns He also always reviewing individual lab results during my visit. Also review preventive studies. When was your last colonoscopy, mammograms, eye exams etc. He is always really to talk individually with you. I like there are scribes so this means he can maintain eye contact with the pt NOT the laptop & is engaged!

Dr. Heck is usually very good, gets to the point. He tries to work with what my insurance offers. Any limitations in healthcare comes down to the bloated insurance carriers who have too much say, and are often harmful to both a person's physical and mental health.

Went to Dr Heck for a bronchitis issue that was treaty wrongly at an Urgent Care center which made my issue worsen, next step hospital. Not only did Dr Heck give me the proper medication and had me feeling relief within 24 hrs. He took the time to personally call a few days later to see how I was feeling even though I had a follow up visit in the near future. Dr Heck is "The Best".
