Gayle was AMAZING!!!! She was kind, caring and very informative. She made me feel seen and heard as a patient and as an individual. I will certainly recommend her. The front desk staff as well as my medical assistant were very friendly and super helpful. I will come back to this office again :)

Everyone was easy to get along with and took care of him I need and I had no problems at all the only thing that did happen was I was supposed to remember anything and I did Imagine didn't get into my sister until after I got home so I just think you got into my system but I don't think they knew that so you say nothing wasn't bothering me I had no problem

I saw Gayle as follow-up to my procedure with Dr. Sabia. She spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions and gave me detailed information about what future treatments would be. She was very patient with me and caring.

I just want to say that Dr. Gale has really helped me out in achieving helping me out to have be less in pain and help me have a productive life and not be submitted to bed. She really is a person that I haven't encountered in so many years, a doctor that really is to help me as much as she can for me to be active and not be submitted to my pain. Gayle is the best pain management physician I've ever had. Its always so easy to talk to her, and she never talks in a way you don't understand you. She always there for my needs.

Nurse Gayle always takes her time in my visit. She listens well, takes notes, and tries to find the exact location of my pain. She's very good at it. Since the injury to my neck, shoulder and arm ( [Date] ) she has done a great job charting, which helped a lot at the Bone and joint institute appointment the next day. She also told me what to expect at that visit, so I was already aware that I may get a cortisone injection, which I did. If we hadn't talked about it, I wouldn't have known that. This works great along with my other pain injections. That shot worked great, and I was happy that this might work out so I don't have to skip an injection in my back to get an injection in my neck. Also, Gayle is always pleasant and relatable. She is a good communicator. My prescriptions went right through, but she still mentioned texting or calling if I had any other issues... ...Since Gayle is already booked past the 3 month requirement, I will find out if that system is better than the last time this happened, a long time ago and with a different nurse practitioner. I've been seeing Gayle for a year now, and I'm very happy that I stayed the course. I have to say that it was my ability to communicate with someone at Cooper when I had a problem. That conversation led me to a new nurse practitioner, Gayle. Having my team of practitioners that actually communicate amongst each other and with me has made a huge difference in my life.

Wonderful staff

The Pain Management Staff at Voorhees is the Best. You do not wait more than 15 minutes Appointment. They're all very Friendly and Personable and this includes the NPN (Gayle).

She was great. I just find it hard to wait the length of time that is required to get an appointment because the physicians at Cooper are all so booked up.

The person at the front desk asked me to wait while her computer was warming up so I sat down to wait. Someone else came right after I sat down, and she took them immediately, knowing I was waiting. It rubbed me the wrong way as I felt I was being ignored. Gayle was phenominal in treating me, covering everything that I said and things that she noticed. She gave me great recommendations as to taking my medicine , and truly heard me.
