Dr Granna is the consummate professional. She made very difficult information easy to understand. She was very compassionate and caring! !

The nurse was extremely kind and she personally called me to let me know I left a cup in the room. When I went back to get it, she was there to give it to me.

My experience with the doctor was awesome. My one complaint was the bathrooms in the building were really dirty and out of toilet paper. (my appointment was 9:00 AM so the restroom should of been cleaned.) I told the receptionist.

It's difficult to express the level of gratitude I have for my providers. Drs. Grana and Loveland-Jones have been the most compassionate and caring physicians throughout my cancer journey. I'm so grateful for them and the MD Anderson staff.

I appreciate how Dr Grana explains my treatment plan to me, along with being clear with what appointments will be next. She takes the time to go over what I need next. I have incurable but treatable sternum cancer. I feel like I should ask more questions but get very nervous just knowing that diagnosis, but by no means is that her fault. Everyone was very helpful and I know there are people I can talk to at MD Anderson when things feel overwhelming. Thank you to everyone who works there from the valet people to the infusion department. I feel I am in very good hands, and I thank you all.

Dr. Grana is always compassionate, professional and kind. She has amazing knowledge and skills and her appointments are always thorough. It is a gift for me to have her as my oncologist.

Hi, you called me in the middle of a shopping spree and I hope I punched everything right. I just want to make sure that everything at Dr. Rana's outfit is absolutely superb. She is the most human, the most humane, the most compassionate person I have ever met. And number two, she's very respectful of the other staff. No matter how junior they are relative to her, she treats them on an equal, and I think they have a sense of being part of a very important mission because they don't like to look down on other people, but a very important engagement with one's close neighbors and friends who one cares for. I wish there were more people like Dr. Rana in the medical field, and I wish her all the luck and I wish the people around her carry her model with them.

Although the wait was approximately 45 minutes, the secretary did come out and explain the delay after I asked the receptionist. Dr. Grana and her staff were very concerned, considerate, knowledgeable, attentive and thoroughly explained each issue with us.

After 5 and one half years on my cancer journey I was released to survivor care by Dr. Grana on Monday. From the first visit till Monday, everyone and I mean everyone was beyond excellent. Including the valet staff, check in and check out desk, medical assistants, nurses, surgi center, entire radiation staff and of course the doctors and nurse practicers - everyone goes above and beyond. It's not good to have cancer but everyone at MD Anderson made it a positive experience.

Dr. Grana is the best of the best. She is the most caring intelligent doctor. I never worried because I knew she would be there for me and know exactly how to handle my case.

Everyone was very accommodating. Let me know that Dr Grana was spending a few extra minutes with the patient prior to me. She also needed to spend extra time with me due to a new issue.

Dr Granna is The Best! Once you're diagnosed with cancer, you always have that hanging over your head that it will return but Dr Granna always puts my worries to rest. God bless her.
