Other than being overlooked by one of the client support staff at registration who thoughtlessly took another patient before me, the remainder of my experience with the person that kindly and respectfully registered me, the nurse who assisted me, and the physician was positive.

Very good experience. Friendly staff and clean facility. Dr Kopec was wonderful and calmed my anxiety about the procedure by fully explaining the process and by her calm and friendly demeanor. I did not have to wait long in the front waiting area and the doctor was ready to treat me within minutes of being placed in the procedure room.

First I want to say Dr. Gor is amazing he saved me after over 41 years of Kidney Stones and continued pain. He recommended a doctor that finally found I had a Genetic Disorder. Now 2 year later I have been Kidney Stones Free. Now under the eyes of wonderful Genevieve Kopec PA-C I am confident we have beat this. The staff at Cooper are amazing. Kate Holmes PA started it along with Dr. Chang. This past visit just shows the professionalism and care I continue to receive.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Genevieve reviewed medical records before performing the void test. Put me at ease. Explained the urinary retention was mostly likely due to trauma (I fell from scaffolding and broke my heel). I could not be happier with the care I received.
