This doctor was very patient and explained everything to me. He seemed very knowledgeable and compassionate. He recommended another Cooper doctor for a speciality. I recommended my daughter, sister, and nephew to see him and they have made appointments. I just wish that there were sick visits with this doctor instead of having to wait for later appointments

Yes, it was the first time I saw the provider. He was courteous. He was kind. He was interested in my situation. He let me talk. He gave me feedback about what he thought. Everything was good. I just don't know him well enough to give him really, really high scores. But as far as everybody being interested. There were only two people left in the office and they both tended to me just fine. So anyway, it was a fine experience. Thanks.

I was treated with courtesy and respect by all staff. I had a medical issue revealed in an ultrasound of my left leg and was able to get an appointment sooner with Dr. Nghiem than with my PCP Dr Brotman so I took that appointment to follow up on an enlarged inguinal lymph node with internal vascularization. Dr. Nghiem was pleasant, explained some possible reasons for the enlarged nerve and ordered further imaging. He asked appropriate questions to get past medical history and current symptoms, examined my right leg and foot thoroughly to see if there is any signs of infection or discoloration and other signs of vascular issues. Dr. Nghiem appears to be a very skilled physician. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again if I cannot get an appointment with my PCP.
