Doctor Haddad is the most caring doctor and nicest person that I have ever met. She will be truly missed when she retires.

The only improvement I would make is to have a laminated copy of the forms that need to be signed electronically available at the desk as the electronic signature indicates that you have been offered to see the forms and as anyone should need forms before they sign them.

Dr Haddad and the staff in the Voorhees office are fantastic and always have been. Unfortunately, I will be changing to a Cooper Endocrinologist closer to home because I'm getting older and not comfortable with the drive to Voorhees any more.

I arrived 30 minutes early because I had trouble finishing on-line registration. Person at desk just did it for me in less that 5 minutes. I was called back 15 minutes before my appt time!
