Okay, everything went well. The only thing I did suggest, because it was a virus, she said it was a virus, that I wanted the hemophysil and I'm glad I did because it went into my chest and I'm coughing. So I'm glad I did get the antibiotic after all. Okay, thank you.

Dr. Bires listened and seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Cooper was able to do my X-rays same day.

It was my first time with this provider and she exhibited professionalism and courtesy as if we had know one other for many many years. She took the time to explain lab results and even went as far as to dig deeper for me regarding another provider for more clarity
