Good visit

It was good

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. It was the 1st time at the mall location. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Appointment was on time, medical assistant, Miaumi (spelling ? ) was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Bires was detailed, kind and explained everything. This was my first visit. I was very impressed and happy that i made the decision to schedule the appointment. I will continue to see Dr Bires.

First time at this facility and completely satisfied.

This was my first visit with Dr. Bires. My pcp didn't have openings to accommodate my work hours. Dr.Bires had openings for me to be seen. She was welcoming and friendly. I am grateful she was able to see me.

My regular doctor, Dr Shankar, was not available but I was extremely happy with Dr Bires.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Bires, I changed pcp and offices. The office staff seemed friendly and welcoming and Dr. Bires took the time to review my history. Looking forward to a better experience than I had with previous office.

Every person employed by Cooper and MD Anderson is extremely courteous, reassuring, and most of all caring - all locations appear to be extremely clean - appt. Times are very well executed never a long wait -you definitely stand heads above any other facilities -

The Dr was very professional and answered all my questions.

I took my 18 yr old non-binary child to see Dr. Biers for their first adult primary care encounter. I was so impressed with Dr. Biers that I plan to make appointments to see her myself in the future (and I was already a Cooper primary care patient). Dr. Biers was patient, kind, asked great clinical questions, and was very thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself or my child. Physicians deal with so much - please make sure that my feedback reaches Dr. Biers. I was so impressed and I am tremendously grateful to her.

I'm glad Dr.Bires decided to take me as a new patient I really do like her and I like the way she explains everything to me that was wrong with me.

I never had a doctor actually remember what was discussed in past appointments before coming to Cooper. Dr Bires follows up quickly and even emails to relay information from the other specialists I visit.

Dr. Bires is amazing. She listened to my concerns and treated me with autonomy and respect. She was kind and non judgmental. I recommend her to anyone as a primary care provider.

The doctor really took her time with my complex situation and explained took action in labs. Had them rushed and then followed up with an action plan, which makes complete sense to what I'm going through. I was so impressed with her. I'm going to switch over my primary care to her office one of the best experiences I've had during my challenging health situation

Dr Bires and her staff made me feel comfortable. They asked questions and actually listened to my answers. Dr Bires was attentive and professional. Since this was the first time I saw her she went over everything with me to assure that she was confident in treatment methods for me. We even set up my next appointment for 6 months out

The facilities are clean, waiting areas are comfortable, knowledgeable associates

Okay, everything went well. The only thing I did suggest, because it was a virus, she said it was a virus, that I wanted the hemophysil and I'm glad I did because it went into my chest and I'm coughing. So I'm glad I did get the antibiotic after all. Okay, thank you.

This was a new provider for me and after a terrible experience with another PCP working for Cooper I was a little on the fence whether to continue with Cooper, but this place is the best! I hope they stay that way. I was very pleased with the entire staff from beginning to end. It is close to where I live and makes it convenient for me. Thank You!

Dr. Bioris ( sorry with spelling) very good physician and quite knowledgeable. Loved all the front desk , also Medical Assistant also! Everyone very very good!

This was the first time that my husband and I met Dr. Biers. I found her to be a good listener. She went for half me in decisions that we made about my health. I appreciate that she wanted to see me again after I had finished a course of cortrophin.

Dr. Bires explained everything and was very knowledgeable.

As a new patient, Dr bires was very good at assessing all my medical issues quickly and making a careful diagnosis of my medical issue. She was bright and caring.

Everybody was very professional that I spoke with and the facility is number one. I would truly recommend this place to everyone I come in contact with.

I needed to find a new primary care physician and since the specialists I see are all Cooper physicians, it made sense for my primary care physician who will coordinate my care needs, be a Cooper physician. Dr. Bored was very welcoming and had thoroughly reviewed my medical records prior to meeting me. She was genuine in wanting to understand my needs and never made me feel like she was rushing the appointment. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and ordered tests and discussed follow up care immediately. I am thrilled with my experience with Dr Bires.
