Everything was perfect

Your front desk staff person was amazing. When I arrived at 645, she went above and beyond to help me check in and check out. but I do think she needed more help. There was a line waiting, or many people waiting to check in, and there was no one there to help her, and it was almost eight o'clock. So I do feel that you need a second person arriving by [Date] 0 at the latest, and that's actually there to work and not getting breakfast. But your 7 a.m. person was amazing.

Dr. Hala Eid is has been my favorite doctor. She takes the time to evaluate my concerns or questions. Follows up with an action plan to address the changes or concerns we both have mentioned. She also adds an explanation for whatever medication or tests she is adding or changing , and makes sure I understand why the change was made and answers any concerns or questions I have. She is the most compassionate and thorough doctor I go to. We waited over 2 hours past the scheduled appointment time before we were called back to be seen by her, which she apologized for as soon as she came in to the exam room. I know she treats every patient the same way, and I would rather wait for a doctor who gives me 100% of herself when she is with me, than one that is on time yet doesn't really have time to hear my concerns or explain why medication changes are being made/what she is looking for from the change in medication, etc. Dr. Eid is a treasure of a doctor, and those who are treated by her I am sure appreciate her as much as I do! !
