I arrived five minutes late, but they took me right back. There was no wait time for Dr. Wen to come into the room. He was in there within three minutes. He took his time with me. He went over all my questions that I had, because I had a whole bunch of questions about medications and stuff. And basically, he's a wonderful doctor. I'm so glad he's there. I miss Dr. Begg, but he is wonderful, too. You're very lucky. Thank you.

First time seeing this provider and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

I didn't have an appointment but needed to see a medical doctor because I have a heavy cough along with other symptoms of a cold. When I called the Internal Health Dept. the personnel were exceptionally helpful in getting an appointment with Dr. Nguyen that p.m. Dr. Nguyen was professional & personable. His diagnosis & recommendation for treatment have already helped.

Dr. Nguyen is always awesome. He does like to try and get to know his patient as a person and not just 'next'. Now, it's up to Cooper not to overload their doctors so that each doctor can give each patient a few extra unrushed minutes. Do not put the onus on the staff alone to provide personal and good care and still meet the scheduling and billing desires of this medical establishment. I know money is important, however, medical should never have been a mainly profit-driven industry. The desk staff were also friendly and professional.

I had no bad experiences and everyone treated me fine and I would recommend other patients to go there.

Dr Nguyen is always prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgeble, thoughtful, etc. Importantly, I can say the same about the entire staff. I had the same experience when Dr. Nguyen referred me for a chest X-ray at the Cooper Imagine office across the parking lot. Even though it was 5:00 in the afternoon, I was greeted immediately by a pleasant, efficient and informative woman at the front desk, who got me set up with the technician, who took care of me just a few minutes later. I couldn't be more pleased with Cooper Health generally, and Dr Nguyen specifically !

I would like to see, I would like for my provider to do a biopsy on my shift and remove the mass on my right side of my body. I think it's causing my causing me health problems. I just had a hip replacement because I had cobalt poison in my system. So I think cobalt could be in this shift or in the mask that's on the right side of my body. So I'd like to have that removed right away. I got a phone call today from Temple and from Jefferson and they, they wanted to do the operation, but I wanted to keep everything at Cooper because I was born at Cooper and I built MD Anderson with construction company. I was in a union and I, I love Cooper. So thank you very much. And that's all I have to say.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere and staff were welcoming, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to listen attentively, address my concerns, and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable, respected, and confident in the care I received, leaving the appointment reassured that I was in good hands.

This was my 1st visit with this doctor because the doctor I have been seeing for years has left Cooper. It is very difficult for me to trust a doctor so I was very nervous to be starting over with a new doc but so far I feel like he took the time to understand

This is a very good practice that is working under duress because it has lost two experienced physicians & supporting staff very recently.

That impressed me because I know that he is very busy but still took the time to review my records. He offered a sound treatment plan based on my medical history. He was aware of all my test results. I called for a "sick" appt and my request was treated with concern and importance. My medical provider, who is not my regular primary, was wonderful and dug deep into details to find good solutions for my issues.

I have never had a negative experience @ Cooper. I will miss Dr. Nancy Beggs after having been her patient for 17 years.

Getting the appointment set was quite quick and straightforward. Nice that reminder emails were also sent in the days before my appointment. Once I was at the clinic, staff were very helpful in assisting me getting me checked in.

When I suddenly experienced dizziness and vertigo he promptly ordered a CT SCAN Head, which ultimately was clear, and physical therapy. The therapist is the best I've ever had and I'm already in seeing major improvement in my condition. I have Dr Nguyen to thank for that.
