The whole staff was amazing from the time I walked in the door, I was greeted right at the front reception desk. I didn't even barely sit down but for a minute before they called me back. I had a list of things for my doctor, Dr. Valencia, and he was amazing with every single one he helped me with when I had been asking other doctors to help me and everybody just turned me away or didn't do it at all. Not your office, of course, but other doctors' offices. I just really appreciate everything he's done for my daughter. He got her to have her seizure stop all the way to now we're weaning her off of one of her meds. So I'm like really, really happy about the progress that we're making right now. Thank you so much.

Dr Valencia is incredible. He's an amazing docto and so incredibly kind and caring. Highly recommend! He takes the time to listen and it's obvious he truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Valencia was one of the best pediatricians we have met with. He was caring, thorough, and informative. We really appreciated the time spent with us during our appointment. Luckily we do not need to continue seeing Dr. Valencia, but we would recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric neurologist!

I can't explain of how much I love Cooper University Care Hospital & it's connection to Multiple Specialists....All the Multi Specialist Dr.s...include chosen the GREAT life saving fields in order save each of us human beings...a second chance in life. I have taken my child to several hospitals and she has been seen by many neurologist. Not with great success. Until I found Doctor Valencia. He is the best in his kind!!! I have seen my daughter's condition improving day by day. So grateful for him!

Dr. Ignacio is one of the best providers that you guys could have hired. He is absolutely amazing and changed my opinion about Cooper Neurology fully. He is wonderful, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and gives a ton of information. He is a wonderful provider and honestly the only reason we are staying at Cooper for neurology.
