From the time I walked into the office I was greater with good morning may I have ur last name then the tech took my vitals she was very professional and then the doctor came into the exam room talked to see how I was feeling if I had any concerns for today vìsit..which I didn't had my wellness exam ...she said of I have any concerns after my visit feel free to give the office a call ...staff and doctor are very helpful and professional.

Dr Tkach is a doctor every patient would dream of

The lady who registered me was dry and not pleasant, which didn't align with the rest of the staff I encountered. Even the 3 employees seated behind her smiled and spoke . My MA was very warm and welcoming and the was equally friendly & polite. I drove 50 mins for that appointment and I'm willing to drive the distance again next year because of the staff. Great team of employees there.

I came to this appointment because of a concern in my pregnancy. Following the appointment, I appreciated Dr. Irina Tkach's very thorough follow-up, demonstrating care and concern. She called me on the phone twice, she called ahead to OB Triage to explain my case, and she called Dr. Fisher at MFM to discuss my case.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Chubay. She was kind, attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She answered my questions and explained things in a clear and relatable manner. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. However, the front staff didn't greet me in a welcoming way. I would think that they would know that I was a new patient and would have greeted me in a better way. One receptionist was on a call. The other was on her cell phone and the other turned her back and went her phone. When the receptionist was done with her call she greeted me asked a couple of questions and told me I would be called in a few minutes. Despite the first impression I would recommend Dr Chubay and I would see her again.

The medical assistant Ayana was very attentive and personable. She treated me like I was her favorite patient and ensured I was okay while noting all of my questions for the doctor.
