It was a great visit with Dr Goldstein. I am very sad that he is leaving, but it is time for him to retire & enjoy life.

Dr Goldstein is a unique doctor. Not only does he really listen but you know he cares. Also he is an encyclopedia of knowledge about medicine and people, It has been a privilege to know him. May his retirement bring him happiness.

I really hate to see Dr. Jack Goldstein retire although it is well deserved. He has been my physician for years and has a nice bedside manner. It is going to be hard to find another physician like him.

I am sad that CD Dr. Goldstein is retiring. He has been my doctor for more than 30 years and I have depended on his wisdom and caring. I trust him implicitly in all areas of my health care as he watches over all my many doctors and tests. His retirement is a genuine loss to the practice and all the patients he has cared for.

I think Dr. Jack Goldstein is a very good doctor. I'm very comfortable with him. I've always had a great appointment when I went to see him. And I'm really sad to see that he may be retiring, you know, because I think he's just an overall good doctor. Thank you.

Your receptionist is wonderful. The nurse that takes you in is fine. Dr. Goldstein is going to be very, very missed. I've been going to him for a hundred years and I'm really going to miss him.

I have been a patient there since the 70s and have always been treated with the utmost of care. I will certainly miss Doctor Goldstein when he retires! Don't think I will ever find a doctor as caring as him. God bless him in his retirement!
