My am very blessed to have Dr Andrews as my physician and her team from front office to medical assistant and everyone in between have always treated me with extra care, patience, respect, and dignity. They make sure they understand what my try to say or express to them and answer my questions accordingly. They help me with appointments my need and medical equipment and referrals. They make sure my understand treatment and tests or exams, and if my don't understand, they make sure my caregiver does. Everyone in office have treated me so well from very first office visit and more my see they, more special my feel. My know my will always be safe and have best care while I there. My am always seen as person my am on inside, not how spastic and unintelligible my condition makes me on outside. My would list every lovely lady / person who works with Dr Andrews, but my can't remember everyone's names at the moment. My just very blessed and lucky to be in their capable care. Everyone there has a "let's figure this out together now" attitude regardless of how busy they are. Time and again my have witnessed others verbally abusing the office staff, and staff just smiles and calmly assists person(s) with integrity, tact, and professionalism. Every. Single. Time. Dr Andrews and her team are simply the best.

Everyone was very comforting and professional.

The front counter staff is always polite and friendly, always answers questions and takes the time to make sure that I understand everything that's gonna happen at my appointment. Dr. Andrews is over and above interested in anything I have to talk to her about. She follows up on all my test results and answers them with me at my appointment, makes sure that I understand exactly what she's looking for and why she tested. I overall just like the whole bit.
