Overall, the staff at Cooper is very pleasant. Dr. Jamin Morrison is simply the best. He has helped me navigate my treatment for melanoma for the last 3 years. I can't imagine another doctor out there that is as genuine, informative, and easy to talk to as Dr. Morrison.

Hey there! I just wanted to share how incredibly wonderful Dr. Jamin Morrison is. I first had the pleasure of meeting him back in [Date] right there at my bedside, and honestly, he's made me feel completely comfortable and supported ever since. Every single time I've seen him, he greets you with such genuine warmth. He's absolutely brilliant at calming any worries and always takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly, making sure you really understand what's going on. I'm truly not sure how I got so lucky to have him as my oncologist, but I can tell you this: it's because of his amazing care, and the incredible support from everyone else I've crossed paths with since my cancer diagnosis, that I'm here today, thriving, and able to write this.

The entire staff (nurses, techs, MAs, receptionists) have been fantastic. Certainly make going through cancer treatment more palatable. The physicians have been more than fantastic. As a physician myself, I have high standards when it comes to medical care and patient experience. I could not give higher marks considering.

from the valet who took care of the car, to the staff member who checked us in, to the tech or assistant who came out and greeted us and took us back to the doctor's offices. And of course, Dr. Morrison, everybody was thoughtful, gracious, and efficient. Very, very pleased with my care at MD Anderson.

MD Anderson Cooper has been a life-saving place for me, and the staff is just outstanding. Very people-oriented, patient-oriented. Everyone from the doctors and nurses to the front desk, to the girl who empties the trash. It's very impressive. And I've been to several hospitals. This is not my first one, unfortunately. I can tell you, Jaymen Morrison is outstanding. They've saved my life and made life enjoyable again for me. It's been a really unique experience and situation. I can't thank them enough.

Dr. Morrison has been treating me for 5 yrs. He is always friendly, professional and empathetic. He takes the time to answer all Qs and is a straight shooter (no nonsense). I must also commend the reception staff where I register. Always efficient and friendly. Love the valet service too. All combined it makes a stressful situation much easier.

There are many positive things once your call goes through but the direction of the call could be better. It was a rocky start trying to get the appointment but after getting the appointment and meeting Dr Morrison, all was good he explained his professional opinion and listened to my concerns and my referring Dr my husband and I were very happy without consultation..once needing the building everyone was very pleasant.

Dr. Morrison and his staff, his team, they're awesome. You guys really did a great job picking your staff and I can't say anything better about Dr. Morrison. He's very compassionate, he's knowledgeable, he's everything and I'm so glad I'm going through this journey with him. I trust him, I believe in him, I have faith in him. He's great.

From the very first time I became acquainted with Cooper Care I have been blessed. Every person has given me a sense of calm and compassion to which I will be eternally grateful. Dr Morrison was focused on my individual situation and with knowledge and expertise explained to me what was discovered and the plan of action moving forward. The list of professionals whom I've encountered is quite long and I could list them here by name because God gifted me with a fairly good memory but I want them each to know I will never forget them and their dedication to their professions!

From check in to check out, everyone was very friendly. Everything was very quick. I was taken back within five minutes. The doctor came in right away. I have nothing to complain about. I even got my scripts for the next testing that needs to be done, as well as the appointment for the next time I'm there. I cannot have any other reason to complain. Everything was perfect.

Dr Morrison is a good Doctor. When I ask him questions he always answer me so that I can understand every word he is saying to me. He always come in the room with a SMILE. No matter how serious the Problem is, seeing him come in with a SMILE always give me hope. And that means so much to me. May God continue to Bless you Doctor Morrison.

Your people are all excellent. That's why I come to Cooper for everything and I would not go to anyone else.

The visit experience was very good. However, I get too many totally useless emails about upcoming appointments that direct you to MyChart. Is it so difficult to simply state the date and time if the appointment. The same goes for useless text messages which I have now blocked. Then there's the robo phone calls about a 7 to 10 days appointment. I'm going to block the phone numbers. An email and MyChart is sufficient. Do I need to copy this to the President of Cooper

This has been the most positive experience. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing. You don't have to repeat things over and over again it's all right in front of them and they let you know how well informed they are About your condition. everyone has their own professional expertise and it is extremely comforting.

Dr. Morrison and his team, are very compassionate and they made me feel as if I was the most important patient.

I like the way that I get checked in, and then get right to the appointment room. The nurse takes care of checking all my "vitals" (weight, blood pressure etc.) so then I can get right to my test results and questions
