Prefer in house appt. Vs telemedicine, especially as not caption on my end. I prefer that a cancer patient that has a swollen gland get seen in the office vs telemedicine. For mental stability and a piece of mind as far as appt went this was fine. Thank you!

I am not able to understand but six months ago I needed to see a doctor as soon as I could . Unfortunately that wasn't an option and the choice was an NPA luckily Jane was made me completely trust her with her knowledge and her ability to consult with my unavailable specialist. Gave me hope I would survive CMCounty medicine.

Scheduling the appointment was difficult because the old card I had only included the main switchboard number. They did give me a card now with the office number. Overall very good experience and didn't feel like I was rushed at all. Very thorough and very kind. Thanks.

Jane Diep spent a good deal of time asking thoughtful questions and really listening to the answers. She was very thorough in getting information necessary to zero in on my various ailments. Jane is very professional but also very human and caring.

Jane was my Nurse Practitioner at The Seaville Office. She was absolutely wonderful. Dr Cook was off on Monday so Jane was able to see me. I have been seeing Dr Cook for about 13 years and I love her. Great experience as always.
