Dr. Kaptopali is the best doctor. She's very understanding, very kind. She's just overall a very great doctor. I wouldn't trade her for the world. I will refer anyone to her. I have referred people to her.

My primary care provider had discovered. I had an adenoma on my adrenal glands and recommended. I see an endocrinologist Doctor K was extremely competent, compassionate and easy to understand. Not only did she explain the blood test I was going to be having the next day, she looked over my whole history and recommended. I restart with pelvic floor therapy. I had just been to another Cooper doctor for a follow up and I have a small rectocele. The doctor gave me so much time and her staff is extremely nice as well. I highly recommend her in the office. I feel like I am in good hands.

The doctors at Cooper are outstanding and so is the staff. Been with them for over 13 years. I am staying healthy and happy due to their diligence and knowledge about my conditions. Great team looking out for me. Thank you all!

Dr. Kay is always considerate of my overall health and well-being, including personal life, and she is so compassionate, and she has been the only doctor who was able to address my blood sugar issues and help me to get it under control. So grateful to have her.

I have been a Patient of hers for I believe 4 years. I actually like going to her because she is honest and explains my situation to me with care and concern and she listens to what I have to say. I was a nervous patient but am more comfortable with her. She is courteous and more patient than I thought she would be. I love that she really reviews my records and sees reasons for my A1C changes. She is fair and firm but I always walk out feeling my appointment with her is not as bad as I thought it would be. I consider her the Moment of Truth. I am glad she is and has been one of your Doctor's.

Everyone is always friendly from when you enter the building to when you leave.

My provider is always willing to assist me with any questions concerning my Diabetes and always respond to my Tex and email when needed

Got SMS notification of an appointment next week with an RN. Dr. Kothapally did not mention this at all. Not a problem but the SMS message should have provided more information as to the purpose of the upcoming visit.

I was very relaxed and comfortable

The front desk staff was warm and friendly. The Nurse who brought me back was so nice and of course the Dr is the best!

I was waited on right away as soon as I entered the building. I was greeted with a smile . I probably only set for 2mins because I didn't have a chance to finish taking my coat off! There was no wait time!! I greatly appreciated the fast experience and service.
