Big Thanks to the staffing during my visit for treating me with patience and respect along with Dr Jeff Mazure for being very informative and very understanding of what i was going Through at the time and making me feel comfort in knowing i was in good hands in terms of caring for me as a patient at Cooper.

Finding a new doctor can be daunting but dealing with Cooper previously we found a pleasant doctor for primary care since previous offices were closed. Hope to continue with Cooper.

Dr. Mazure is a GEM! incredibly knowledgeable highly professional extremely caring! As someone who is 82, I have been exposed to many doctors Dr. Mazure is at the Top of the Class! He listens intently and will answer all questions in a thorough manner. Cooper should be proud to have Dr. Mazure as one of its own!

Dr. Mazure is an excellent doctor. All my family members who live in this area go to him and are always pleased with their visits. I can speak openly with Dr. Mazure without judgement. He is very empathetic and a good listener. All the other staff at Brace Road are so kind and accommodating as well.

I'm a very poor health individual and I go to several different hospitals over the years and since I have been coming to Cooper, it is definitely the best out of all of the hospitals I have been to. The staff is some of the best around. They are always willing to help out, put your needs first in whatever you need. The exact same goes for my doctor whom I have followed from two other hospitals in the past is now at Cooper and I am so glad he is Cooper has the best atmosphere for someone that is poor that I have witnessed.

I recently changed to Cooper Care Alliance for my new PCP, as I have a HMO health plan. Having Dr. Mazure as my PCP in the past, about 3 years ago, was one of the primary reasons I chose Cooper. Upon arrival to my appointment, the receptionist staff was very courteous. I was taken to an exam room almost immediately by the MA who was very courteous as well and great to deal with during the preliminary exam. Dr. Mazure saw me within a few minutes later. Dr. Mazure was great just like always. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and addressed everything. It is a pleasure have Dr. Mazure as my PCP again. At check out, the staff member was very courteous, answered all my questions and made my follow up appointment. I am very satisfied with Cooper Care Alliance so far, and very pleased to have chose them as my PCP.

Dr.Mazure is a true professional respectful a great listener I love his ability to diagnose my issues. I have great faith in him!

Dr Mazure always makes me feel like he cares about me and always makes me feel like I am well taken care of. I feel like he is patient and understanding and explains everything to me. The staff at the office are very cheerful and so courteous from checking in to checking out. The medical assistant is courteous and pleasant.

I don't recommend any improvements because things were done very well. Jeffrey is a top-notch doctor. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now, and we're in sync with each other, I should say. He always knows what I need, and he gives me what I need. That's all. Thanks.

My visit was good. The only thing I noticed the last three times are the young ladies that sit at the front desk are more interested in their cell phone so sometimes you stay in there and no one says anything to you once they do respond they are pretty nice.
