Never fear or get upset to visit Cooper. Everyone in all of my visits over the years have been friendly, informative, kind and interested in your family life and how things are going along on a daily basis. Efficient with their care and inform me about things that may help with my care other than just what medicine to take. Will always promote Cooper when I can. And very easy to get to an office close to home and not have to travel to Philly. Good comments could go on and on. Bless every Cooper worker from bottom positions up.

It's rare to find someone who is kind and will take the time to listen, explain and hear you as a person {PA}. True physicians are a dying breed. Majority of the medical corporations have presented a script to the staff to be read to each patient. Men and women now enter the medical field for the title and the money, not to heal and be present.

I always love how I am treated at Cooper from the scheduler on the phone to the greeters/security at the doors to the nurses and doctors - everyone is wonderful! I drive over an hour to get there and never mind the drive knowing I will be well cared for

What an amazing team no words

Jen is a great listener.
