She had a real good bedside Manor she listened to what I had to say she filled me in on all the details of everything going on I feel very comfortable and I was happy to have my appointment with her answered a whole bunch of questions I needed to answer

The staff is friendly

All the doctors will Cooper is phenomenal. The hole staff phenomenal. Radiologist everyone phenomenal everyone from Cooper all the doctors pain management all my doctors if I can give them 1 billion billion stars I would because they all phenomenal caring passionate my psychiatrist. She is phenomenal. I'm so happy to have Cooper as my family doctors.

She goes above and beyond to help me. I am grateful for Pain Management's team and the results are that I am pain free.

I really appreciated Jennifer, Dr. Jennifer, because she was very personable. She cared about my needs, cared about my pain as well. And she did very good with our visit. And it wasn't long or drawn out or anything like that, but she made sure she hit all key points. And I really appreciate from the receptionist to the medical assistant all the way to my visit with her. Everybody was very professional, very good, very helpful, and they listened to my needs, and I appreciate coming there. I traveled far to get there, and I even came the day before on the wrong date, and they still helped me and let me know when my right appointment was. So I appreciate the staff and everyone there. The staff, in person and on the phone, have been exceedingly kind, understanding, sympathetic, and professional 100% of the time without fail.

I've had 3 different providers so far ( because of scheduling) and each was very knowledgeable. My last session resulted in me doing something I know I should not have attempted and I should have told him and skipped it . I didn't and I irritated the nerves in my back and legs for days . I know to listen to my own body, but I was feeling so good that I did not take my own advice . But I blame myself, not the therapist .

I am very pleased with the care I received from Jennifer! She listens and lets me describe my symptoms, she does not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. I will definitely continue to see her for follow ups . I really appreciate the quality of care she provides .

Jenn Konek is specifically fantastic and will not end my appointment until all my concerns and questions have been addressed.

Everyone from the greeter on the ground floor to the security to the check-in ladies through the nurse to check my blood pressure and any questions to my provider they have all outstanding to me. That's why I keep coming and I'm learning more of what I need to know about my body. They're very caring very kind people men and women.
