Dr. Hummel is a great doctor. She explains everything in a easy to understand way and offers suggestions for health problems. I feel very comfortable talking to her about my sensitive issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She made me feel safe and comfortable. Best bedside manner I have ever encountered with an OB/GYN.

As a positive, it's very clear that all the staff go through trauma-informed training and best practices for making guests feel welcome and supported. So it's a great experience. I've always had a great experience at this location. The only opportunity I observe, and this is Across All Cooper offices, is for more clarity on the documents that clients or patients are signing at the start of the sessions, I think, for medical trauma. It would be really nice if there was a screen that displayed the documents that folks are asked to sign for on the blank pad. That's the only opportunity. And again, that's not site specific.

Given the appointment was very personal, I felt very comfortable!! Did not feel judged at all

Staff is always very friendly. I can tell my provider really cares about me as a person. Always explains things in a way that I understand and is firm but supportive.

The two receptionists, the nurses, and the doctor where hands down the nicest people I have ever met in a doctor's office. They deserve an award. I could not say enough nice things about them.

I've been with dr Hummel a couple years now and every time I see her, it reminds me how blessed i am to have chosen her as my provider. She's just an excellent Dr all around who cares about the whole me, and not just what she treats or specializes in. I can discuss anything, relating to my whole health with her and never been judged. It's like talking to a close girlfriend. I know that sounds corny or cliché but it's important to me to have that kind of relationship with a provider. She's just very thorough and caring.

There was a considerable wait but it was explained why at the beginning of my visit. The Dr. was fully scheduled. Now that I understand scheduling is done six months prior I understand the delay in securing an appointment. Also the wait at the office was longer because I arrived considerably earlier than my appointment.

I really like my experience despite the procedure being a little painful but that's not anything they can control. They talked to me and kept me updated. Dr. Hummel was an excellent provider. She gave me great care. I felt very informed with my visit. However, it was four months to get my visit. And at the time of my visit, which was a well visit, as soon as I asked questions, it was turned into a problem visit, which pushed my next possibility for a well visit off for another four months. do believe eight months is a very long time to wait for my well visit from the time that I first inquired. So it would be much more to the patient's advantage if that could be done in a shorter timeframe.

Everyone went out of their way to introduce themselves, explain everything that they are doing, let me know how long I would have to wait- which was very short time. Every question was answered before I even had a chance to ask. For example, I was told where the bathroom was, where water was, and who the medical assistant would be before I left the reception desk. Dr. Hummel is the absolute best. I have recommended her to everyone I know. She is my favorite physician I have ever gone to out of any specialty. Everyone else was wonderful as well- I have nothing bad to say about anyone at the ripa center.

I was not treated right at Virtua women's health but when I visited Dr. Hummels office was more more way better. She listen to me, cared about my concerns and answered all my questions. My first visit to see Dr. Hummel she was just as my daughter and Primary Doctor said she would be. She was thorough with explanation of procedure and picked up immediately how nervous I was about the procedure which made my experience "almost pleasant ".
